Excellent post – especially about meeting the parents and interacting with them. That will tell you a lot about the animals. And don’t forget, animal shelters are full of wonderful animals who are steroetyped because they happen to be pitbulls.
Those wanting a pit bull puppy should first ask themselves for a good reason to want to buy a dog breed notorious for aggression. Second, is there enough time to complete the kind of training needed to control this powerful dog. An unruly pi bull is scary.
I understand what your saying however we must remember that pit bulls are not aggressive by nature, its about how their raised and bred because any dog can be aggressive, they just need proper guidance like a child. And pit bulls are also very easy to train, they are the third easiest to train next to the golden retriever. Because pit bulls make wonderful family dogs!
